DELIVERY 

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and efficiently, with most orders dispatching within 24 hours of being placed; however, during busy periods some orders may take up to 3 working days to process. (Excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays).

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING

Last day for shipping Christmas orders is on Monday 19th December, any orders placed after Monday 19th December will be resumed from Monday 2nd January. 

FOR UK ORDERS
Delivery time is generally 2-3 days from the time that the order is received. We will email you if there is any issue or delay with your order. All orders are sent out special delivery with Royal Mail and will require a signature for collection.

RETURNS

All items for refund should be sent back within 14 days (sale items) & 28 days (full priced items) of receipt.

Simply email Billy@Billybag.com requesting a return with your order details and we will send you a prepaid returns label and instructions

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service

Return costs are below and will be subtracted from refund value

We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive
